Acen Room and Travel Rules

If you are either going to be in the room or travelling in the group, you need to confirm you have read these. They're ground rules to keep people from killing each other over things that can be avoided. ^_^ I tried to make them as fair as possible for as many people as possible; things will be crowded so it's going to be easy to get on someone's nerves without offering basic respect to their own needs. Also, if you have suggestions for anything that is unaddressed here, let me know either in comment or AIM (hagachibi). I think I covered most of it, though.
